I bought a little used Hyundai from Neil in September. I had never purchased a used car on my own before and I was worried that I might be taken advantage of. I am older and in a vulnerable category for covid. Neil was very careful to ensure I was not exposed and sold me a great little car for a good price. I don't drive it very often because of covid so I wanted to wait a few months before posting a review... to see how it performs. I am happy.. great car for the price and excellent service from Neil.

I recently purchased a vehicle at 417 Auto. The service was excellent. The car was below market value, had low km's and was really clean. The car did not come with a second key but Neil the sales manager arranged for the locksmith to come to my home and copy the key for me. When we went to pick up the vehicle it was ready and waiting in the parking lot. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from 417 Auto.

Recently, I bought Pathfinder from Neil. It was my first buying a car in Canada, so probably I was quite distrustful and suspicious. But thanks to Neil, he was replying to all my questions calmly. Neil had exactly the car I was looking for at a very reasonable price. This was my first time buying from a used car dealership, and I was a bit nervous based on the whole “used car salesman“ stereotype. Contrary to my worries, Neil made the entire experience pleasant, professional, and easy. He all was very accommodating with my questions and requests, and went out of his way to make things easy for me. He also gave me a decent price on my trade-in. Purchased vw from Neil this summer, great experience in purchasing my car. Neil was fair and honest and straight forward during the process. I got a good deal from Neil to start with, but when I picked up my car he had installed new tires on it for me at no extra charge. The car was full to the brim with fuel and highly detailed inside and out. Neil doesn't have a big flashy dealership, but was he does have is honesty and integrity and is more than fair to deal with. I highly recommend 417 Auto Sales after purchasing a used SUV in January. They offer friendly, helpful advice, a low pressure sales approach and they obviously have an eye for quality vehicles which are fairly priced. All in all a very positive, stress free experience.
